Reception
To preserve our family life and organize our activity, here are our regular hours:
5:30 p.m. is the time from which you can arrive to our property. Before that, you will arrive in our home, not in Nuit d'un Jour.
We do not accept arrivals before 5:30 p.m..
5:30 to 7:30 p.m.: the time slot during which we assure you of being here to greet you.
Except in special cases for which we would have given our prior agreement, plan your arrival on this period.
We also wish to be informed of unexpected last-minute delays (traffic, accident, ...).
In all cases, an arrival time slot must be communicated to us unless you plan to arrive between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m..
6:30 to 11:30: you decide the time for breakfast.
12:00: is the deadline to leave the rooms and check out on the last day of your stay.
12:30 to 1:30 p.m.: this is the time reserved for our family lunch. We will not be available.

Smoking
Smokers can indulge if they so wish, but only outside.
Pets
We welcome pets if clean, well behaved, non-dangerous and subject our prior approval. Beds, sofas and armchairs are strictly prohibited to them.
The garden is closed for our quiet dog. It is not for small dogs or jumping dogs.
Upon request, you can arrive with other animals that we will install in the kennel, chicken house, the pigeon house or with our sheep.

Rooms
Thank you for not eating in the rooms. There are other areas in the house where you can sit down to eat a few things or feed a baby. Just like in any one's house.
Swimming
The pool is made available to guests on request, usually from mid-May to mid-September.
We will remove the regulatory protection at the start of your swim. It will automatically reset up to the end.
Swimming is not monitored. Children staying with us are required to be supervised by an adult accompanying them.
WiFi
Upon request we offer you access to our WiFi network. By connecting to it, you agree not to use it for illegal activities according to French regulations, whatever they are.
Online booking
We propose, on this website and on others, an online reservation engine giving you the possibility to check availibility and to book a room in a few minutes at any time.
We take great care in keeping the availability calendar up to date. Nevertheless, it might happen, in very very few cases, that an overbooking happens. We will inform you promptly and suggest you an alternative
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email or postal mail). Make sure we have received it.
- In case of cancellation or modification of booking until 15 days before date of arrival, we will refund the deposit less bank charges and we will not levy fees on credit cards.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to arrival, we will retain the deposit paid or we will charge on the credit card 50% of all nights booked.
- In case of no show or cancellation within 48 hours of arrival, we will charge on your credit card, the total amount of booking.
- If the stay is shortened, the price corresponding to the total cost of booking remain due. If necessary, we will charge the balance due on your credit card.
Other conditions
- You agree to respect the peaceful nature of the premises and make use for its intended purpose, you agree to leave the rooms in good condition and without degradation.
- Your order is set for a specific number of people. If the number of clients exceeds this number, we are able to refuse the additional customers. This refusal may in no circumstances be regarded as a modification or termination of contract on our initiative, so that when a bigger number of clients than those refused decide to leave, no refund can be considered. The departure of your entire group will be considered a cancellation.
- Your order shall specify whether or not you can bring in a pet. In case of breach of this clause, we may refuse animals. By providing the information of your credit card or paying a deposit and / or confirming your reservation, you signify your agreement to these terms.
